The Long and Short of the Stock Market Fallout from the Pending Purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk and Tangentially Related More, Trump's Truth/er Social and Trutherism

I speculate that the precipitous drastic down flux in the company value and stock value of each Twitter and Tesla on April 26, 2022 is the result of stock-market investor fear that Elon Musk, the pending buyer of Twitter, whose offer to purchase it the board of directors of announced it had accepted on April 25, 2022, and CEO and founder of Tesla Motors Company, may mismanage and crash and burn Twitter the way the once most stellar, former social media platform, MySpace, the predecessor to Twitter, Facebook, and the rest of the current social media platforms, crashed and burned in popularity and users after it was bought by right-wing media mogul Rupert Murdoch's right-wing company News Corp. The audience of all of the right-wing media combined does not translate to enough to support and sustain, on an ad-hoc user basis, for-free major-league-scale social media platforms (but in theory, though in practice not likely for lack of willing payers, it could be made viable by paywall subscription support by that audience). Like the 2016 and 2020 presidential elections, unconstrained by politically partisan gerrymandering manipulation and the oligarchically susceptible Electoral College presidential-election selection system, told us with the popular vote, by the millions and millions of the American people in the majority, of the Democratic and multiple third political parties opting in opposition to and over the Republican candidate in their sizable majoritarian popular vote, there is not the appetite and interest in bigotry and bigoted speech media on the part of the majority of the people of the USA.

The new social media platform, misnomered Truth Social, deceptively and absurdly so, of right-winger former minoritarian US President Donald Trump, who was overwhelmingly voted out of office by a majority of both the popular vote and Electoral College vote in the 2020 US presidential election, another example of the comparatively marginal right-wing social media appeal online, is really Trump Social or aka Truther Social, and barely exists and is teetering on the brink of nonexistence in comparison to the other major social media platforms. Reportedly, he and some of his rich right-wing backers started Truth/er Social to upsurge his social media platform followership popularity that he was not getting on the moribund new right-wing social media platform Parlor that he migrated to after he was evicted from the online social media platforms Twitter and Facebook because of his speech misconduct on their platforms according to the standards of their user terms of service. Yet, there is a rumor that Truth/er Social ignited from its coma almost right after the news came out that the Twitter board of directors accepted Musk’s offer to buy Twitter, but that may have been the result of bot and/or campaigned-for intensive Trumpian-user-activist activity on it, much like Republicans have activists go online to social media platforms and call into talk radio or TV shows with talking points to plug for pet GOP candidates, issues or legislation or pretending to be Democrats supporting those, etc.  (Read the definitional commentary on trutherism, with historical examples, that follows the end of this narrative.  Basically, it is the tactic of collaborative, organized, mass, tenacious and viral mantra mendacity (mantra lying) for political or economic gain, or both.)

Although Musk is entertaining as a person and admired in the US and across the globe for his green energy and vehicle technology companies, he is generally viewed as socioeconomically right-wing lite and at risk of steering Twitter definitively politically toward that audience, with a paywall for Twitter users, under his ownership or command of Twitter, that would discriminate against and filter out as users budget-middle-income, low-income, poor and homeless people, as well as youth, who now use and are free to use virtually all social media platforms, including Twitter, without a paywall, and produce the same hereinabove right-wing result pointed out for MySpace of the past going for Twitter in the near-term future.

A subscriber, subscription social media platform with a paywall to have one’s say is not free speech, a free-speech platform, nor is a public-forum social media platform that censors speech -- that is not properly censored criminal or dangerous speech such as that of making threats of bodily or property harm or of death, of advocating or inciting violence, public panic and pandemonium, rioting or genocide, of harassment stalking and such persistent, obnoxious trolling of an individual that evades the user blockout button of the target, of sedition or advocating or inciting insurrection, of advocating the disenfranchisement of the constitutional and otherwise legal rights of other citizens, of soliciting or advocating the commission of an unconstitutional or statutorily criminal act (including offfering, selling and buying stolen goods, and trafficking in humans and contraband), of extortion, of fraud, of false advertising, of an unsubstantiated or false claim or accusation mis/represented as fact, including slander or defamation against an individual or group/s that is not opinion or evident implicit opinion (judgment), jest or fiction, disseminating child pornography, disseminating excretory-related pornography (which is always explicit obscenity), disseminating depictions of bestiality, disseminating depictions of snuff events or staged, as in not in the wild, animal fights, etc. -- at the behest or lobbying of personal, ideological, religious, cultural, political or social partisan interests or sensitivities by government, individuals, groups or organizations. Free speech is democratically free speech in which each communicator has and all communicators have the same freedom of speech rights, equality of speech rights, according to the same standards, that are not subject to censorship by the government or any government entity, an individual or group, mob or partisan interest of any kind or the populace, electorate or citizenry.

Also, I am doubtful that users or subscribers to such a new Twitter would want to join and interact on, as well as "enjoy," a social media platform, a social interaction forum, without sports, music, party, social-and special-event, TV, movie, book, science, medical, food and dining, beverage, fashion, travel, vehicle, gadget, jobs, etc., promotional, sales and invitational advertisements and announcements...by mom-and-pop businesses, mainstream businesses, organizations and individuals.

Donald Trump's Truth Social aka Truther Social

Trutherism

Trutherism is a political tactic and was formally born and institutionalized in the Republican Party, plus, in the 2008 US presidential election.  It is the tactic of collaborative, organized, mass, tenacious and viral mantra mendacity (mantra lying, or a mantra lying campaign, often proliferating tacitly by imitative contagion) for political or economic gain, or both, or for the purpose of manipulating and forging either mass or majority public belief and political control, in which belief becomes the artificial, fake truth, or mind-control delusion, that can block out and depose recognition of and belief in actual truth itself for dupes.  (Truthers use smear tactics, or smear-tactic campaigns, of all kinds as well.)

As a government and political practice, tenacious choral and mantra lying, trutherism, originated improvisationally in the first term of the George W. Bush Presidency (of which G.W. Bush, a Republican, was a two-term president from January 20, 2001 to January 20, 2009) following the Septermber 11, 2001 (9/11) hijacked jihadist airliner attacks on the World Trade Center in NYC and the Pentagon in Washington, DC, as a means to manufacture and evangelize excuses for his administration to launch a military invasion and war of regime change on Iraq, with the second-largest oil production and known natural oil reserves, at the time, in the world, by attempting to connect Iraq to the al-Qaeda terrorist organization that was the political-military base of the 19 kamikazi-hijackers (15 from Saudi Arabia, 2 from the United Arab Emirates, 1 from Lebanon and 1 from Egypt) of the 9/11 airliners they commandeered to crash-attack into the WTC and Pentagon, and the airliner that failed its attack, an organization and hijackers with which and whom Iraq was found to have no relationship, other than one of mutual enmity between the government of Iraq and the al-Qaeda organization.  Thereafter, the G.W. Bush administration, as the default justification for its US military invasion and occupation of Iraq, with change of its regime, doggedly alleged authoritatively and with voices and the rhetoric of certainty that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction that posed a threat to nation-state friends of the USA and to the USA itself, as though Iraq possessed the population size and a navy, airforce and amphibious army, with the most elite military training and advanced weaponry and combat machinery of humanity, that could and would dare to cross the oceans to invade and [try to] conquer the USA, although all of the series of inspectors and investigators of Iraq's alleged weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) and access to weapons' grade uranium abroad, found that Iraq neither possessed nor had access to any of either -- the WMD inspectors and investigators were retired Colonel Scott Ritter of the USMC, Hans Blix of the UN, Professor Joseph Wilson, yellow-cake uranium investigator appointed by the G.W. Bush administration, David A. Kay, veteran diplomat, nuclear weapons expert and chief US arms inspector for the CIA, and Charles Duelfer, special advisor to the director of the CIA.  Nevertheless, top political officials of the G.W. A Truther, aka birther, of the truther-birther movement, initially was a disinformation activist against then-presidential candidate US Senator Barack Obama, D-IL, during the campaign season of the US presidential election of 2008 and after Barack Obama had been elected US president on November 4, 2008.  The truther-birther white-racist populist canard was that presidential candidate Barack Obama in that election was born outside of the USA and so was constitutionally disqualified from running for or being elected US president, a canard in which publicity hound, rich-man Donald Trump was publicly the leading vocal activist, and their canard that he was a Muslim, implicitly a dangerous, anti-American jihadist Muslim.  Both of these claims of theirs were well known to be false and proven to be false.  Barack Obama was the [black-white] biracial child of a white American mother who was a professor and a Kenyan father who was an economist but also an authoritarian and condescending husband toward Barack's mother and an alcoholic who died in an automobile accident.  Barack Obama was raised primarily by his professionally, internationally traveling, on academic assignments, mother, and, after she died of cancer as a relatively young woman, by her parents, who were middle-class white Americans who lived in a white community in Kansas.  He was not only a Christian but a practicing Christian, as an adult in an African-American congregation Christian church in Chicago, IL.  An official of an agency of birth records in the state of Hawaii, the state in which he was born, confirmed publicly to interested news media the place, year and day of his birth, and later, with his permission, publicly released a copy of his birth certificate to the interested news media -- his birth in the USA state of Hawaii was also confirmed by a newspaper record of it announcing it shortly after his birth.  Prior to the latter, a video and photos with a political disinformation news story were disseminated online and elsewhere of a claimed Kenyan elder woman relative of his father, and thereby of Barack Obama, who said that he was born in Kenya.  Incidentally, at a GOP presidential election campaign rally of his opponent US Senator John McCain, R-AZ, a shrieking Karen yelled out emphatically “He’s a Muslim!,” to which John McCain replied that he was not but that he was a Christian, and an honorable or decent man.  At either another or the same campaign rally for candidate McCain, the GOP crowd roared the chant “Nigger!  Nigger! -- Kill him!  Kill him!,” in reference to McCain’s Democratic Party opponent candidate Barack Obama, to which McCain replied, in vocally competing with the crowd to speak to it, “No, No! -- Stop!  Stop!,” and schooled the GOP crowd on decency.  There was one more particularly egregious truther incident during that campaign season, by a Karen GOP activist, a resident of Texas, but an incident that occurred in a different state, who reported that she, a very chunky and ugly young white woman, was attacked on the street at an ATM site, knocked down, robbed and fondled and had her clothing, or some part of her body, scrawled on in writing with a politically and racially partisan and inflammatory slogan by a black man, which the white police who investigated the alleged incident found to be false and which she confessed was a story she had fabricated, apparently to hurt the Obama candidacy and help the GOP McCain candidacy.  References -- click on and read:   https://abcnews.go.com/Politics/donald-trump-perpetuated-birther-movement-years/story?id=42138176,  https://www.americanprogress.org/article/behind-the-birther-movement/,  https://www.obamaconspiracy.org/2012/01/what-is-the-birther-movement/, https://www.politico.com/story/2011/04/birtherism-where-it-all-began-053563, https://www.bbc.com/news/election-us-2016-37391652, https://www.cnn.com/2022/04/10/politics/obama-birtherism-big-lie-disinformation/index.html.

Trutherism did not end with the election of Barack Obama as US President. Trutherism is alive and well with Donald Trump in his and much of the Republican Party constituency's recent truther mendacious mantra campaign of "Stop the steal (of the 2020 US presidential election from the losing candidate former President Donald Trump)," currently the mendacious mantra campaign of  "The stolen election (from Donald Trump)." for his hoped-for comeback presidential candidacy in the 2024 US presidential election.

It appears that Nunes made the wrong or false assertion on Fox News TV that Trump encouraged Elon Musk' to buy Twitter to promote the mythical public image of Trump as a business and political tour de force and master dealmaker, as well as an opportunity to demean the Twitter social media platform that had evited Trumper from Twitter for life for his vocal support for the January 6, 2021 insurrection and its rioters under its outgoing management as well as to burnish and promote his Truth Social, while expecting Musk to tacitly play along with to help promote Trump's power persona.  

If the tactic of trutherism had succeeded in any of the aforementioned examples of it, the truthers' response would have been "Hahaha, it worked, tricked you, we won, hahaha!"  When they fail, the truthers' reaction is "Oh well, what the hell(?); we'll do it better the next time around."

Words to the Wise and Unwise Concerning Normal Russian Military Effectiveness, for which Its Failed Ground War Against Ukraine Is an Exception

 

I have been reading and listening to the analyses and judgments expressed in the news media of retired and active duty US military generals, an admiral, and colonels on the aggressor-invader Russian versus defender Ukrainian military-to-military combat in Ukraine and the dramatic failure of the weaponry-advantaged Russian ground armed forces and air force (with regard to the latter’s attack aircraft) in Ukraine, as opposed to their indirect military warfare strategy of Russian ground troops encircling, blockading and besieging Ukrainian cities and towns and these being structurally demolished by continuous day-and-night aerial bombardment by Russian ground and remote-aircraft rocket and missile strikes as well as by such mortar shelling and artillery gunfire, shifting direct Russian military warfare to sociopolitical-military warfare against key Ukrainian population, production and strategic-location centers for the purpose of socially and psychologically pressuring by mortal terror the population and national governing leadership of Ukraine into capitulating to the Russian Putin regime for relief from the demolition by primarily multilevel aerial ballistics warfare of Ukraine's key cities and towns and that warfare’s horrors to their populations. Condensing their analyses and insights on the failure of the military-resources overly advantaged aggressor-invader Russian armed forces over the defender Ukrainian armed forces in direct combat, their convergent conclusion is that the Russian armed forces' failure was the result of:  1., the overconfidence of the Russian political-military leadership, 2., its underestimation of the will to resist of the Ukrainian populace, national leadership and armed forces, 3., as well as of the military-power ability of the Ukrainian armed forces to resist, the planned and intended Russian armed forces' rapid invasion of , attack on and conquest of Ukraine, 4., and the Russian Putin regime’s top military leadership budgeting the logistics of the planned Russian ground offensive for an intended short war of less than a week, exposing their mobile, encampment, occupier ground forces to the potential depredations of an unforeseen and unprepared-for protracted war and consequentially related food, weather, sanitation, hygiene, health and morale and discipline vulnerabilities and problems (for a war exceeding the expected victory time frame by indeterminately too long, relative to normal extra logistics budgeting for a modest extension in the planned victory time frame). This is to say, the Russian Putin regime and its military leadership did not commission a loyal-opposition outsider or such team to do a rigorous and thorough devil's-advocate and/or Murphy's Law critique and did not itself so self-critique the primary war plan and consider and prepare for worst-case scenarios with it. Their conclusion for the Russian Putin regime's direct military-to-military failure in Ukraine summed up to hubris, lack of caution and superficial, or in Jeff Leong’s words, of my university days, “half-baked,” war planning of the invasion of, attack on and occupation of Ukraine on the part of the Russian Putin regime and the military leadership of the Russian armed forces. The Russian Putin regime’s shift to a warfare strategy of demolition of key Ukrainian cities and towns, and the physical and existential terrorization of the populations in them, by aerial bombardment and blasting from, for the most part, a safe or relatively safe distance, is a shift to a corrected warfare Plan B in replacement of its failed military-to-politico-military warfare Plan A. It is the Russian Putin regime’s Plan B warfare strategy against Ukraine that is in effect now, and, as the Putin regime reports, it is doing what it is supposed to do according to plan.

 

Let us not make the mistake of hubris and incaution that the Putin regime has made in its inept, half-baked Plan A war on Ukraine, by dismissing and underestimating the military competence of the whole of the Russian armed forces, or any part of them over the long term. It is always best to exercise, and err on the side of, circumspect caution on matters of security and life and death. Russia has had a hardy number of military interventions or involvements since Vladimir Putin became its president, starting with the second Russian-Chechen war, won by Russia, and the Russian armed forces under his tenure as the Russian president, begun in 1999, have been on the side of the victor in all of them except for one, which is the source of the military hubris of the Russian Putin regime. Implications of the Introduction and Use of Hypersonic Missile Warfare into Russian President Putin's War Against Ukraine

On March 19, 2022, a hypersonic ballistic missile (with a velocity 10 times the speed of sound, https://www.news18.com/news/india/what-are-hypersonic-missiles-russia-ukraine-kizhal-india-china-us-4890584.html), alternatively, and at will on the part of the Putin regime in Russia, capable of carrying and delivering a nuclear warhead strike, launched from within Russia and struck and wreaked considerable destruction and casualties on its Ukrainian military-weapons-storage-base target in far western Ukraine, demonstrating in war to Ukraine, NATO, the USA and world, that it has a supply of supremely fast, powerful airborne weapons, that cannot be intercepted and destroyed in the air by counterparts' antimissile, anti-rocket and antiaircraft weapons, and which can outrace their counter-weapons by multiple magnitudes of speed and strike their targets undeterred.

Moreover, the said demonstrated Russian hypersonic missile attack, by its demonstrated target-striking accuracy and unrivaled speed, indicates with high or highest probability that it alone, in ample supply, could easily defeat an attempted NATO-imposed no-fly zone over Ukraine. Its belated use in this war may have been because that when the war began there were a few prototypes of it, as well as of hypersonic fighter jets, one of which in recent months the Russian government had had publicly flown for all the world to witness, in inventory that in the interim may have been produced in sufficient numbers to be deployed in this war. Several successful, unintercepted and so undestroyed by the opponent armed forces, actual-war Russian hypersonic missile attacks on militarily valuable and most protected sites of Russia's Ukrainian opponent armed forces would clear the way for Russian hypersonic fighter jet to be used in the war without an evident risk of their being shot down and their engineering being studied and appropriated by the opponent armed forces and their NATO nations supporters. Its use also may have served as an actual war arena test of the opposition’s ability to intercept this hypersonic aerial weapon’s technology for both the missiles and the obviously more expensive fighter jets before deploying the fighter jets in the Ukrainian war. The psychological effect of Russia’s war-arena demonstrated hypersonic aerial-war technology would also tend to secure and strengthen the close military-economic relationship recently established between Russia and the Peoples Republic of China.

Consonant with the Putin power cabal’s prior, recent rhetoric referencing the possible first use of nuclear weapons or war by the Russian armed forces, this hypersonic missile strike demonstration conveys to the concerned parties that their arsenals would be incapable of deterring a massive Russian nuclear first strike on multiple fronts and targets and that by comparison their nuclear retaliatory strikes would be slow in response -- for instance, a flight and strike time of 6 minutes for an intercontinental hypersonic nuclear warhead missile launched from Russia would entail as much as a 60-minute (one-hour) return or retaliatory supersonic velocity-level-1 (or Mach 1 level of Mach 1 thru Mach 4 supersonic levels of speed) nuclear-missile strike from the USA, or thereabouts less time if USA military GPS satellite and radar detected and verified the Russian hypersonic nuclear-warhead missile attacks early in their attack flight. (According to the technical literature on hypersonic weapons, hypersonic missiles and aircraft actually range in speed, depending on their speed-calibrated engineering, from five to up to ten times the speed of sound.) The mere act of the Putin regime mentioning nuclear weapons in the context of its frustrated and embarrassingly hindered war of aggression against Ukraine is a telling sign and indicator that the Putin regime is desperate to not lose but to win its war of aggression against Ukraine at pyrrhic, or any, risk or cost, and that it has a comparatively short psychological fuse, being a comparatively lower threshold than other nuclear-weapons armed nations, in succumbing to or leaping into a nevertheless mutually suicidal nuclear war.

While Putin's imperial war against Ukraine smashes Ukraine's cities and towns to rubble, and their people to lives and deaths of hell on Earth, it also pummels and crumbles his homeland Russia to a globally social and utter economic shambles and to the status of an overwhelmingly isolated pariah nation-state in the community of nations of humanity as the expense for doing the former. I’m sorry to say it, but this situation appears to ensue from and be a case of a 69 ½-year-old Czar Vlad the Mad, [bounced] off of his rocker, with whom the world must cope and is grappling.

Incidentally, the greater the critical level in nuclear strike-time advantage one adversarial apex nuclear weapons nation-state power has over its rival also apex adversarial nuclear weapons nation-state power, the greater would be the temptation and incentive for the advantaged power to strike against its disadvantaged rival power. As a result of this critical or dangerous imbalance in strike-time capability between the apex nuclear-weapons rival powers, the more uncomfortable and insecure would be the disadvantaged rival or rivals with the critical level of advantage of its or their advantaged adversary and the more motivated it or they would be to achieve (catch up with) or exceed the critical level in strike-time advantage of its or their advantaged adversary, as well as the more it or they would be disposed to make a fatal strategic mistake in protecting itself or themselves from the advantage and danger of the advantaged adversary, with this situation being a basis for a constant spiral of competition for strike-time advantage or parity, and for the increasing susceptibility to the making of fatal defensive and offensive strategic mistakes, between the rival nuclear-weapons powers. Ultimately, sooner or later, this state of affairs is inclined to push us beyond the brink to the apocalyptic thermonuclear-war slugfest flashpoint of the irrevocable end of our species Homo sapiens and our civilizations and history, perhaps, in its wake, emitting from our planet Earth an enigmatic EMP FRB cosmic memorial of us to and throughout outer space and spacetime.

There is no mystery as to what Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted and wants from Ukraine in his war on Ukraine. He wanted an unconditional surrender and as an alternative wants a face-saving negotiated conditional surrender of Ukraine with his new war strategy replacing his failed initial war strategy to militarily conquer Ukraine. He initially intended a surprise blitzkrieg ground, air and naval big-guns-and-air armed forces war of all-out, coordinated-and-concerted, attack on Ukraine, a top-secret surprise to his unwittingly so positioned and provisioned armed forces and their commanders, under the ruse and deceived, wrong impression that they were conducting ordinary military field exercises, until the moment of the order to action was given, meant to defeat and capture Ukraine’s major cities and central government capital, capitol building/s and leaders within mere days, like in circa 5 days or less. He and his regime's power cabal overconfidently and blunderingly provisioned their ground armed forces for that war strategy and time frame, which failed terribly and has resulted in a logistical nightmare for the invasionary Russian ground armed forces and great losses of their ground troops and major weaponry, as well as the death in combat of seven of their ground-forces generals as of March 27, 2022, a war launched against Ukraine by the Russian Putin regime on February 24, 2022. As a result, Putin and his war cabal have resorted to primarily a war of airborne rocket, missile and artillery attacks, from a distance and largely out of harm's way, in which their military has the overwhelming generally destructive advantage, attacking and destroying key Ukrainian cities and towns (ringed by Russian ground forces) and their habitability and population-survival infrastructure, with Russian territory not subject to Ukrainian retaliation, to terrorize the Ukrainian population and national government into anguishing and petitioning Russian war negotiators in war disengagement talks with them for relief from the air bombing and artillery attacks and offering to surrender to them for relief and peace. Initially, Putin and his war cabal wanted, by rapid all-out military conquest, to seize, own and control the whole of Ukraine, as a vassal nation-state to Russia, in a super-secret, surprise blitzkrieg war against Ukraine. Now, in having learned that a conquest of Ukraine is pyrrhic in personnel, materiel, financial, economic and time costs, as well as doubtful altogether, via ground war, they are likely amenable to negotiating an end to their invasionary war of aggression on and conquest of Ukraine with the withdrawal of their ground armed forces in exchange for Ukraine’s national government ceding pockets of Ukraine to Russia that Putin and his cabal have politically and/or militarily claimed since and following 2014.

Those pockets of Ukrainian territory ceded by Ukraine to the Russian Putin regime in war disengagement and peace negotiations as well as those surrendered to and captured by the Russian armed forces, and their boss the Russian Putin regime, would be and become Russian political-military homestead foothold-stronghold full-scale infrastructural and services bases, by repair per locality as selectively politically-militarily relevant and to the extent needed, for Russian invader-occupier troops in and on the territory of Ukraine. Thusly, they would be usable by the Russian armed forces and the Russian Putin Regime in a continuation of untrustworthy Putin’s war of conquest of the whole of Ukraine, following the conclusion of the negotiations and implementation of their terms of settlement, and renewed immediately or interrupted and deferred for a short time thereafter.

A solution to the logistics and internal NATO-diplomatic issues with the donation of MiG-29 fighter jets that the NATO-member government of Poland has offered to Ukraine, under Russian ground-troops invasion and aerial attack siege, might be for Ukrainian air force pilots to travel to or be airlifted to Poland to take possession of the MiGs in Poland and fly them to appropriate locations in Ukraine for them to land and permanently base there, and then go on combat missions. Though Ukraine's defender armed forces have been able to blunt the advances and territorial conquests of Ukraine by the Russian invader-occupier ground armed forces, and efficiently destroy airborne, attack Russian fighter jets and helicopters and keep them out of Ukrainian skies, nonetheless the military-aggressor Russian naval, air and ground armed forces, some within Ukraine and others outside of and bordering on Ukraine, have been able militarily to control the sky over Ukraine, from nondirect-contact positions, internal to Ukraine, in relation to Ukrainian armed forces, and at a distance and out of harm's way to themselves from outside of but adjacent to Ukraine, by bombing, shelling and blasting the cities and towns of Ukraine to smithereens from the sky. These donation jet fighters from Poland to Ukraine would enable the Ukrainian defense forces to attack and snuff out the Russian military rocket, missile, and mortar-shelling launch and artillery sites, armaments and craft within and off the coast of Ukraine that are wreaking this destruction and mortal terror on Ukrainian cities and towns, and the populations of them, and, together with their antiaircraft weapons, Ukrainians would have considerable control over much of the Russian aggressor-invader warfare attacks and destruction and mortal terror of Ukrainian civilian society and centers of civilization from the sky.

Words to the Wise and Unwise Concerning Normal Russian Military Effectiveness, for which Its Failed Ground War Against Ukraine Is an Exception

I have been reading and listening to the analyses and judgments expressed in the news media of retired and active duty US military generals, an admiral, and colonels on the aggressor-invader Russian versus defender Ukrainian military-to-military combat in Ukraine and the dramatic failure of the comprehensively much more weaponry-advantaged Russian ground armed forces and air force (with regard to the latter’s attack aircraft) in Ukraine, as opposed to their indirect military warfare strategy of Russian ground troops encircling, blockading and besieging Ukrainian cities and towns and these being structurally demolished by continuous day-and-night aerial bombardment by Russian ground and remote-aircraft rocket and missile strikes as well as by such mortar shelling and artillery gunfire, shifting direct Russian military warfare to sociopolitical-military warfare against key Ukrainian population, production and strategic-location centers for the purpose of socially and psychologically pressuring by mortal terror the population and national governing leadership of Ukraine into capitulating to the Russian Putin regime for relief from the demolition by primarily multilevel aerial ballistics warfare of Ukraine's key cities and towns and that warfare’s horrors to their populations. Condensing their analyses and insights on the failure of the military-resources overly advantaged aggressor-invader Russian armed forces over the defender Ukrainian armed forces in direct combat, their convergent conclusion is that the Russian armed forces' failure was the result of:  1., the overconfidence of the Russian political-military leadership, 2., its underestimation of the will to resist of the Ukrainian populace, national leadership and armed forces, 3., as well as of the military-power ability of the Ukrainian armed forces to resist, the planned and intended Russian armed forces' rapid invasion of , attack on and conquest of Ukraine, 4., and the Russian Putin regime’s top military leadership budgeting the logistics of the planned Russian ground offensive for an intended short war of less than a week, exposing their mobile, encampment, occupier ground forces to the potential depredations of an unforeseen and unprepared-for protracted war and consequentially related food, weather, sanitation, hygiene, health and morale and discipline vulnerabilities and problems (for a war exceeding the expected victory time frame by indeterminately too long, relative to normal extra logistics budgeting for a modest extension in the planned victory time frame). This is to say, the Russian Putin regime and its military leadership did not commission an outsider or such team to do a rigorous and thorough devil's-advocate or Murphy's-Law critique and did not itself do a so self-critique of its primary war plan and consider and prepare for worst-case scenarios with it. Their conclusion for the Russian Putin regime's direct military-to-military failure in Ukraine summed up to hubris, lack of caution and superficial, or in Jeff Leong’s words, of my university days, “half-baked,” war planning of the invasion of, attack on and occupation of Ukraine on the part of the Russian Putin regime and the military leadership of the Russian armed forces. The Russian Putin regime’s shift to a warfare strategy of demolition of key Ukrainian cities and towns, and the physical and existential terrorization of the populations in them, by aerial bombardment and blasting from, for the most part, a safe or relatively safe distance, is a shift to a corrected warfare Plan B in replacement of its failed military-to-politico-military warfare Plan A. It is the Russian Putin regime’s Plan B warfare strategy against Ukraine that is in effect now, and, as the Putin regime reports, it is doing what it is supposed to do according to plan.

Let us not make the mistake of hubris and incaution that the Putin regime has made in its inept, half-baked Plan A war on Ukraine, by dismissing and underestimating the military competence of the whole of the Russian armed forces, or any part of them for over the long term. It is always best to exercise, and err on the side of, circumspect caution on matters of security and life and death. And Lessons Learned for the January 5th, 2021 Two Runoff US Senatorial Elections in the State of Georgia -- the favorable optics-politics last-minute, pre-election extended coattails of President Donald Trump

I listen to and read the political-party and media political analysts' explanations for -- apart from the hardy Joe Biden presidential win -- the GOP surge in the 11-03-2020 US presidential and nationwide state and local elections, with them all missing a big piece of the cause for the GOP surge and the surprise big boost in the millions of [new] votes for reelection of Donald Trump as US President. That big piece in cause was that despite the period of vacillation of Trump's support for a second COVID-19-related economic stimulus package to aid US households, he eventually vocally repeatedly and consistently urged for and solicited for a substantial one in dollar amount leaning more closely to the multitrillion-dollar package proposed by Democratic Party Speaker of the US House of Representatives Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi than the circa 500-billion-dollar package, with an unacceptable, to Democrats, corporate-power entitlement of immunity from liability for business-related injury or death of employees, proposed by Senate Majority Leader US Senator Mitch McConnell. Although Trump's urged package was a smaller-dollar one, less in dollar-size than House Speaker Congresswoman Pelosi's, it offered to deliver promptly much needed extended unemployment relief compensation and household checks of $1,200.00 per spouse and single adult nationally and Trump could have politically coerced Senate Majority Leader Senator McConnell to negotiate his idea (Trump's), in weeks to days before the presidential and nationwide state and local elections, including their own bids for reelection, with House Speaker Pelosi, who also was a candidate for reelection.

However, House Speaker Congresswoman Pelosi insisted that she would not agree to a smaller stimulus package but would hold out for getting her larger-dollar one passed (legislatively), hopefully but questionably, by both houses of the US Congress (with a GOP majority in the US Senate led by oligarchical-activist and political-party hyper-partisan Senator Mitch McConnell), as only Congress by law can appropriate and legislate funds for federal government allocation and spending, with hers being an economic stimulus package far more generous and beneficial overall for the US middle and under classes, but one to which both President Trump and Senate Majority Leader McConnell were averse, which resulted in a legislative shutdown and no legislative progress and action on appropriating any COVID-19-related stimulus package for households, with 20-million workers unemployed and 12-million more facing the prospect of unemployment before upcoming New Year's Day, 01-01-2021. The idea was already circulating on social media that House Speaker Pelosi should have accepted and presented to the US House of Representatives for a proposed consensus of Democratic Party and GOP votes to pass legislatively an HR economic-package bill of Trump's proposal that Senate Majority Leader Senator Mitch McConnell would be pressured by GOP US President Trump, the GOP and the pending national elections to accept submitting to the Senate for a vote of approval, so as to get an unemployment benefits extension and household, etc., stimulus checks bank wired and mailed to households and adult citizens in general pronto, as close to immediately as possible, in advance of both imminent Thanksgiving and Christmas days. Thereinafter, Democratic Party candidates could have sincerely campaigned in major part for the 11-03-2020 elections on the commitment that with Democratic Party candidates for national elections voted in as President-Vice President and as majorities in both houses of the US Congress their first order of business, with Democrats Biden-Harris elected President-VP and with Democratic Party US Congressional candidates elected as majorities in the US bicameral Congression, upon the inauguration of Joe Biden-Kamala Harris as US President-Vice President on 01-20-2021, thereafter on that day or on the next day, together they would have been able to legislate and enact into law the ideal, complete COVID-19-related legislative economic stimulus package of House Speaker Congresswoman Pelosi, their own such package, which they could have drafted the legislation for during the interregnum period beginning after election-day and ending on inauguration day, 01-20-2021.

But the Democratic Party leaders and candidates forewent this strategy apparently to their sufferance of net losses in Congressional elective offices, so far, in the national elections of 11-03-2020, and Trump increased his allure as a source of helping outreach to an economically maximally distressed population of many millions [of voters, plus] gasping and grasping for any appreciable help, NOW, and not for the ideal deal in the foreboding, uncertain future, that could turn out any which way, even in a nothing result. In this scenario, to the concerned millions of voters the economic relief, for now, was their priority and Trump was more credible and tangible in advocating for it and in willingness to deliver it now and their ally in this regard. It is not too late for the latter part of this strategy to be campaigned on, in sincerity, by the Democratic Party candidates in the remaining runoff US senatorial elections in the state of Georgia, which if won by the Democratic Party candidates, would make for Democratic Party voting majorities in both houses of the US Congress, when the already duly-elected Democratic Party US Vice-President Kamala Harris's tie-breaking senatorial vote is added to the otherwise thereby tied in-number GOP and Democratic Party US senatorial memberships.

The concerned millions of voters, and perhaps millions of more people, face unpaid bills (including utilities in the harsh cold of winter), rents and mortgages and shortages or lack of money for sufficient food as well as transportation and medical supplies and services, etc., now and more so, including loss of housing from evictions from and foreclosures on their residences, in the coming 6 weeks, while a billionaire President and many-millions multimillionaire US Congressional leaders, with no personal financial worries, bicker and squabble about economically helping them, by this much versus that much and this or that nigh, aloof or unknown point in time, and over getting the political credit or depriving political credit to the political opponent or other political party for providing adequate, if only interim, help now. "I can't figure out why so many African American males (20%), Latinx people, [working-class] white females, whom he has a record of respectively reviling or abusing, voted for him, among others?, maybe because I have a thinking malfunction or impediment, I think."

POTUS Donald J. Trump is a con artist who personally prides himself on being a brazen, in-your-face con man because, for him, on a win-to-lose ratio basis it is profitable for him, it is a viable business model writ large that has a high-frequency payoff for him and that sustains him quite well.

It's the core of his livelihood, stock-and-trade skillset.

 

Trump will use his transparently and absurd, to most people, false accusations of vote fraud and election stealing from him to both 1.), to try to win or pretend to try to win in and from the US Supreme Court what he lost in the democratic balloting process, by asking the US Supreme Court to disqualify the Biden-Harris winning margins of vote (Six of the 9 US Supreme Court justices are Republican conservatives and 3 of them were appointed by POTUS Trump, whose respective political-party affiliation or partisanship and [debt of] gratefulness to him, as applicable, for his appointments of them as justices on the Supreme Court, he hopes will induce or persuade them to put their partisan politics and [debt of] personal gratitude to him before the US Constitution and system of government leadership selection by election-and-balloting democracy), and 2.), to fundraise political or political-legal donations and grift, via the fake or dishonest cause of political-grievance litigation, from his voting bloc in part to do the former or pretend to do the former. (It is not illegal to publicly make [propagandistic] false allegations that are not statutorily ((by-law)) or administratively false testimony in official or sworn documents or vocally to or before designated law-enforcement personnel, including law-enforcement investigators, in courts and before justices of government courts [who require substantiation or corroboration in the form of material or circumstantial evidence or proof], so it is common for some defendants, some of their attorneys and some personally non-slanderous accusers, including Trump, politicians and lawyers, to utter such lies publicly, until they testify under oath and penalty of perjury as described.) Trump seems to use and exploit his every howl and grievance issue to fundraise and presumably to grift. He's no Gipper; he's the grifter.

 

Trump would like the US Supreme Court to rule that balloting by mail, which he has criticized as corruption and fraud fraught for the 2020 election but not for his 2016 presidential election or any election before or since it, is unconstitutional and not protected by federal Congressional statutory law, although it is authorized by state law and he and millions of US citizens, from the top through bottom of the social classes, have regularly voted by mail in the past to the present time, because, for the 11-03-2020 presidential and national elections, he and GOP leaders encouraged Republican voters to vote in person and Democratic Party leaders encouraged their voters to vote by mail, given the COVID-19 pandemic situation and as a defense against incurring it for voters, as the first voting option and in person as the second option, with the sociological voting effect of these different political party recommendations being that Republican voters dominated the in-person voting, favoring Trump-Pence, and Democratic Party voters dominated the by-mail voting, favoring Biden-Harris. However, the US Consitution grants the states the authority to make the laws governing voting procedures, providing, in view of the 14th and 19th amendments of the US Constitution and federal statutory law against racially, etc., discriminatory state laws and practices, they are equitable and their time frames for these are federally lawful [and reasonable].

 

Expectedly, his team-player (or teammate), shyster personal attorney Looney Rudy Giuliani will be on the payroll disbursement end of the fundraising for this purpose or enterprise.

 

A bit of good, pro-democracy news on the Trumpian-GOP publicly discussed strategy of alternatively securing reelection of Trump as US President through the Electoral College vote by having the state legislatures with Republican Party legislator majorities in swing states -- that the Biden-Harris presidential ticket won the popular vote majorities in, that conferred to the Biden-Harris ticket the electoral votes for those swing states -- to change their state law conferring the state's electoral votes, normally going to the majority popular-vote-winning presidential ticket, to a new law giving the state legislature the exclusive right to grant the state's electoral votes, by GOP majority vote of the GOP-dominated legislature, to whichever candidate ticket the GOP-dominated legislature arbitrarily chooses. By this change of the electoral-vote allocation in the concerned swing states with a legislature with a GOP-dominated majority, the Trump-GOP strategy was for them to give their states' electoral votes, purely GOP Political Party partisanly, to the Trump-Pence ticket, which would reelect the GOP Trump-Pence presidential ticket.

 

However, I read an article on this strategy, on a conservative online news site, that explained it was moot for this year's presidential election, year 2020, because in the 1890s the US Congress passed a law on this same issue providing, in effect and paraphrase, that any such change of state law had to be passed prior to a particular presidential election and was not retroactively applicable to a preceding election (that is, if it were passed after a given, concerned presidential election).  Moreover, the GOP-dominated legislature of the swing state of Pennsylvania, whose majority of popular presidential-candidate votes were won by the presidential-candidate ticket of Biden-Harris, was the first to publicly reject and repudiate the concerned tactic to overturn the will of the majority of voters of Pennsylvania.   The GOP-dominated legislatures of the swing states of Michigan, Nevada and Wisconsin, whose majorities of the popular votes the Biden-Harris presidential ticket won, also publicly rejected and repudiated this tactic.  Commendably, in reference to the democratic-republic form of government of the USA and its states, these GOP-dominated state legislatures thereby have safeguarded the will-of-the-majority-vote indirect democracy, via the classical Republican model of representative democracy, of the Electoral College elector votes and system of voting to elect the president of the USA, electoral votes primarily allocated on a per-state basis to the majority or plurality popular vote winner of the presidential vote of the state, of the individual states.  

(As of Friday, 11-20-2020, Trump and team are yet overtly trying to woo, personally, the leaders of the GOP legislatures in these states to subscribe to this tactic to overturn the will of the voter majority and redirect their states' presidential electoral votes to reelecting Trump as US President in the official Electoral College-vote of Monday, 12-14-2020 for electing the US President from among the presidential candidates.  Where this effort by Trump and team to woo GOP legislative leaders with legislatures dominated by Republicans in the swing states, whose majority voters voted for Biden-Harris for President-VP and earned the latter their states' electoral votes, fails to persuade them to change their electoral laws so they can arbitrarily re-allocate their states' electoral votes retroactively, vis a vis the 11-03-2020 presidential-plus elections, to the losing presidential candidates Republicans Trump-Pence, Trump and Team are tapping the RNC and concerned state Republican Parties to appeal to them to do the same or disrupt the pending vote-tally certifications, the official state end-points, of the presidential election that is precedent to the 12-14-2020 protocol, official Electoral College finalized electoral vote, predetermined based on the electoral votes won by the Biden-Harris versus the Trump-Pence presidential-VP tickets for election of the US President for 2020.  Trump, team and GOP organs are variously also imploring state-level election officials and filing frivolous lawsuits in state and federal courts to stall, stay and disrupt vote-tally certifications of the swing-state elections for President-VP won by Biden-Harris, all indicatively so there will be no state-level official vote-tally certification of a Presidential-VP winner for the concerned swing states won by Biden-Harris by 12-14-2020, the official Electoral College vote day and final vote-tally certification day for President-VP, as well as for the official Electoral College declaration of the winner, with the result that either the GOP-dominated legislatures of the concerned swing states thereby will nevertheless be [presumably lawfully] able to arbitrarily allocate their until-then officially uncertified states' electoral votes on that crucial day [to fellow Republicans Trump-Pence] or the Electoral College will not be able able to proceed with an Electoral College election on that day for US President-VP owing to a shortfall of certified vote tallies and electoral vote allocations from some states, among all 50 states of the USA, for conducting its election and officially declaring the elected US President, which might land adjudication for a remedy to the 2020 US presidential election in the jurisdiction of the US Supreme Court or the US Congress, or worse (a more divisive, socially-politically disordered, broken USA).  It also appears that they are trying concurrently to trump up and seize on an election grievance legality (legal technicality) to take the 2020 US presidential election result to trial before the US Supreme Court, in which to also argue for it to strike down, as federally unconstitutional, the Congressional law of the late 1800s outlawing the retroactive application of changes in state laws governing [the allocation of] state presidential electoral votes.) 

Meanwhile, Trump and his political team are deploying every means -- federal agency, state government, court-action, communications media, human, political figure and disinformation -- at their disposal to disparage and try to cast discredit on the validity of and invalidate and overturn the Biden-Harris election wins in the presidential-election deciding swing states.

Viewing Through the Political Crystal Ball of History the Black Lives Matter (BLM) Crowd Protests of the Blatantly Wrongful Police Asphyziation Killing of Handcuffed and Behaviorally Passive George Floyd that Have Become Hijacked and Warped into Violence-Wracked and Looting Riots in Numerous Major US Cities
Unfortunately, the odds quite, quite possibly may have been reset by the warping of the intended peaceful Black Lives Matter crowd protests of the death of George Floyd -- handcuffed and prostrate-on-the-ground, facing-down with his head tilting sideways, and physically subdued by three assisting police officers -- who was pointlessly, except for sadistic motive, and macabrely knee-choked and asphyxiated by police officer Derek Chauvin of and in the city of Minneapolis, MN, on May 25, 2020. (Do not be smug about short-term, near-term voter polling results given that these polls are inclined to sharp and frequent volatility over the long term and that the candidates' direct-campaign politicking offensives and counteroffensives are not yet under way) The peaceful protests branched into raging violence-partying riots of arson, looting and property assault and destruction by sideshow opportunist thieves, vandals and violence revelers across numerous major cities in the USA, riot rogues and revelers assaulting, looting and destroying wholesale the property and businesses of innocent others who had nothing to do with the terrible public torture and snuff killing act by the guilty police officers, which is absolutely illogical and immoral, in addition to being inarguably gravely criminal, and has no justification for or justice to it, destroying their investments and destroying and disrupting their commerce services and products, and the rentals and jobs they provided in the affected communities and turning the ravaged and devastated community areas into destruction-fallout, development-no-go zones and wastelands. Indeed they reflected themselves to be protest-venue-and-event opportunist tag-alongs and bystanders of loitering, lurking-in-wait and double-dealing vandals, burglars, robbers, run-of-the-mill, everywhere, commonplace, ordinary thieves and violence partiers, as well as irresistibly likely included an all-you-can-get, freebie bingo-time flood of muggers, shoplifters, purse-snatchers, pickpockets, smash-and-grab dashers and gangbangers, all eager to pounce, plunder, batter and destroy in their disguises under cover of darkness and the smokescreen of numerous [police-response distracting and diversionary] fires and conflagrations set in part by their [diversionary] arson, initiated by white anarchists and agents provocateur (probably some black ones too on occasion) who psychologically incite and unleash them into action by initiating the vandalism and anarchy, kind of like shark hunters dumping bloody meat into shark-infested waters and sending the sharks into a feeding frenzy.
(I read all of the writing of Black Muslim, Nation of Islam founder Elijah Muhammad, as well as much of the writings of Martin Luther King Jr., Franz Fannon, and WEB DuBois and other Black American and Africa thinkers, scholars and leaders, in my independent reading in high school and my early college years, among whom Elijah Muhammad, unimpressive and fringe to me, made a memorable remark, that has come to haunt me as a personal observation of mine, in his saying that he was a messenger to scripturally "a 'foolish people,' the lost and found people of ..." His famous follower the repeated champion heavyweight-boxer flamboyant Muhammad Ali I once read memorable words of in, to the best of my recall, a citation from an old Ebony Magazine, germane to this reference "foolish people," that roughly to the effect were "Until black people are uplifted mentally and spiritually, everywhere they go they will carry the slum ((a morally substandard or repugnant mentality)) with them and turn everywhere they go into a slum," in the misbehavioral sense. Socially and politically, there is the problem for us from without and within: we need to acknowledge and be mindful of this, and remedy it therapeutically and spiritually.) The reset odds, by these events, would revive the hitherto failing candidacy and campaign of incumbent POTUS Trump for reelection to the US Presidency. Previously, like riots made Richard Nixon US president and Ronald Reagan governor of California, with that legacy contributing to making Reagan a US president later, too. Both law-and-order-identity Republicans successfully politically exploited like riots of their political careerism times. The only credible solution to preventing the reelection of POTUS Trump is for us and our elected and informal leaders to separate ourselves in direct words and loud voices from such community immorality, violence and destruction in mentality and conduct, and their acolytes, and reject and condemn them all, as well as incessantly to call for and try to put a permanent stop to it lawfully and peacefully, and vote to the maximal extent that we can.

Our collectively active voting power (voter and vote power) is our strongest and most pragmatic social-political change-agent power, as well as such peace/ful power.
We must not further give POTUS Trump a viable path to reelection as US President on November 3rd of 2020. Please, let us exercise our smarts. I will no longer argue with rationalizers and arguers in support of riots and looting (their rationale being, among other analogous arguments, "...because they ((the looters)) are taking what they need, don't have and cannot afford and because the Wall Street investors and banks looted the American people and econcomy and were not criminally prosecuted but were bailed out of financial collapse with taxpayer money and given big tax cuts, and what they did was not called looting..." which is self-justification specious sociopathic, criminal-values-mode reasoning [citing as justification for their ((the looters')) wrongs the successful or escaped-from-justice criminal and morally reprehensible wrongs of others] characteristic of some articulate white-collar thieves as well of some articulate swindlers, murderers, war-criminals, rapists, pedophiles, etc., that they use to try to excuse or downplay the gravity of their crimes) as well as with those who disruptively punish, or justify punishing, the lives or activities of persons and entities not parties to transgressions against others (in paraphrase of their argument for disrupting and punishing nonparticipants: "because, in the case of government and the police, they [pay taxes that] support civil or government systems and because they are not our political activists, essentially taking orders from us," taxes which almost all of us must and do pay, if only sales taxes also from the poorest and homeless of us, when we buy something from law-abiding vendors). They are ignorant and mistaken in asserting that the business-casualty victims have business insurance that will restore their businesses or compensate them for their business loss or losses because they have to have it to be in business -- no, anybody can go into business in the USA (a business is a self-employment job in which operators offer services and/or products for sale) and most business owners depend on the business net-income, for most small businesses being modest to subsistence net-income (take-home, personal income), from their business to pay their personal essential living expenses, and many small business operators do not have and cannot afford business-related insurance/s and risk operating without it and those who do have it normally have to pay substantial deductibles for limited-in-coverages casualty losses; they only need by law to register and license their businesses with government business authorities appropriate for their type of business and pay their business-related publication, registration and license fee and annual renewal license fees as well as periodically, as prescribed by law, report their business income and expenses and pay their various business-related taxes to the appropriate government tax agencies.

     As a consequence of the riot-violence-and-destruction hijacking of the current BLM crowd protests, businesses large to small will again flee riot-devastated black communities and have deaf ears to investing in them from the pleas to do so of black and liberal white politicians and social-economic egalitarian economists and academicians. If there is rebuilding in the vandalized, looted and burned-out commercial zones, it will be for in-your-face buy-low and sell-high gentrification of the devastated areas with the population replacement, over time, largely of the current black population. The attraction of mainstream corporate and other white business development and operations in black communities in Minnesota was to the positive and thriving non-white business environment established by Arabs, South Asians and Somalis/immigrant Africans, etc., highly entrepreneurial and numerous such people in the major cities there, many of whom too have lost their businesses and are depressed, angry and financially stranded and at wits-end now -- insurance will mainly or only cover the losses of the big corporate chain businesses (which may afford to be and be self insured, as there may be no riot-casualty insurance or the cost and deductible/s for it may be extreme and unaffordable except for high-wealth businesses, given insurance company losses and aversion to offering it from past black community riots), big businesses which will take cash reimbursements and not rebuild there but are leaving, and one or more has/have so said in the press. White and non-black people will not want black families, especially any but clearly the most respectful-respectable ones in token numbers, residing in their communities and resent us visiting or shopping in their communities, and our present largely black communities, in which the business predation and destruction took place, will not, for the most part, have supermarkets, department stores and fast-food or proprietory eateries at which to shop and buy, forcing the people in them, and the riot rogues among them, to go to other, outside communities to meet their shopping needs.  This same set of post-riot circumstances applies to the black communities of numerous other cities that subsequently have similarly suffered the same source of riot-related property casualties. 

     Contrary to the pronunciations by the eloquent, shallow-minded rock-the-mic and sociopathic speechmakers, like TM, addressing some protest audiences (live or through the broadcast media) and excusing the property destruction ["other peoples' property destruction," not theirs and that of their relatives and friends] as an okay or necessary message to America or US authorities that lives matter more than property [destruction and looting], such a comparison and concocted, false conflict of priorities is unreasonably and unnecessarily and insanely made and is idiotic, specious sociopathic reasoning in that property hella matters too and provides for families and all other people shelter and heat when it's cold and cooling when it's too-hot via indoors air conditioning; indoor lighting and electrical power outlets for appliances and electronic wares; baths, showers and sinks for personal hygiene and disease control; kitchen sinks for washing our food, dishes and other other dining and cooking utensils and ware for disease and sickness control, kitchen cabinets and refrigerators for storing our food and cooking ranges for cooking it; clothing washers and dryers for washing our dirty clothes and drying them for cleanliness and disease control; toilets for our multiply daily biologically-compulsory defecating and urinating for health maintenance and disease control; bedrooms for our resting and sleeping, with closets for storing our clothes; and garage or parking space for keeping our personal transportation vehicles.  Furthermore, business property is a resource for engaging in commerce and earning a living, as well as for educating and skills training, plus.  Whether they are business or residential buildings, people pay a large or the major portion of their income/earnings to rent or buy, by mortgage installment payments, them.  When their property, whether owned or rented, is destroyed they are deprived of their property use and its services, its previous environment and the offering of its environment, until they are accorded, as a partial substitute, temporary compensatory accommodations, if they have property-casualty insurance and it covers property casualty from rioting, which is questionable.  Nevertheless, insurance companies can justifiably substantially increase property insurance rates for the riot-assaulted communities. 

     The property and looting victims are not dispensible casualty pawns of rhetorical strangers and political sociopaths who would use them as a symbolic sacrifice, destroying or smashing their investments and taking away and wreaking havoc on their shelters, to make a symbolic political statement.   Those public speakers who justify, excuse and implicitly, or worse, promote riots and riot violence, destruction and looting should be sued penniless by victims for their abetting and incitement of the property-crime perpetrators, perhaps in class-action lawsuits, and be financially boycotted and sanctioned (in access to renting or buying a residence ((including a hotel-suite or room rental)) or vehicle, getting a loan or credit, or a bank or credit union account, or phone service, or sports-stadium, restaurant, concert, nightclub, bar or liquor-store admittance or service, etc.), by the whole economic system, black, other minorities and, of course, white, for a lifetime.  State AGs or municipal DAs should also prosecute and obtain court-ordered financially compensatory judgments for the riot-related property-casualty victims against the arrested and convicted riot-involved vandals, arsonists, assailants and looters of the destroyed and assaulted property.  Property is economics and personal economics, which is survival, standard of living and quality of life. 

     We must not participate in or condone any violence, arson, vandalism, looting or destruction or defacement against or of the property of others, especially others who had no specific involvement in the police or otherwise institutional or vigilante violence perpetrated against unarmed and physically nonconfrontational, noncombative black people, guilty or innocent of a prevailing crime or its absence.  If a political rally and march organizer-and-activist African-American-woman firebrand speaker, an African-American female attorney or African-American Congresswoman, in live public speeches or in the broadcast media (radio, TV, social media video/s), condones such conduct in association with Black Lives Matter protest events and tries to justify it as due payback and collateral damage on the part of the perpetrators in carrying out payback for the violence against and economic exploitation of black people and other racial and ethnic minorities by white supremacists or people over their history in the USA or as okay in taking what they need or as okay or necessary for getting political attention for their grievance/s, be leery of them and politely or privately shun her message.  Their such rhetoric, being parrotted by some ordinary folks, including articulate adolescents and young adults in the broadcast media, prods or incites a violence and criminal sideshow alongside the publicly and politically staged protest events of BLM and could seriously dishonor, discredit and politically undermine the public messaging and peaceful protest public events of BLM while poisoning relations between black communities, BLM and many peaceful white people and communities of goodwill as well as induce tensions, conflict and grievance between BLM and black people who are economically invested as homeowners, motor-vehicle owners and business owners as well as employed workers and shoppers in the communities assaulted by the sideshow attackers.  Whereas they say that the riots, anarchy and property-destruction sideshows to the BLM protests brought necessary attention to the BLM protests, it really was the viewing of the viral video by people across the world on social media of the wholly unwarranted, senseless, sadistic and callous killing of face-down and thus prostrate George Floyd with his hands handcuffed behind his back and him being slowly asphyxiated to death by a police officer that outraged the world, and it was this and the peaceful BLM protests themselves, despite the sideshow short-term riots and anarchy, that attracted national and world sympathy and support for George Floyd and the BLM protests of his murder by a killer cop and linked protests of a very long series of similar shocking deaths of unarmed and non-combative black people by police.  They are also delivering or pushing the minority black people of the USA in the direction of a pretextual civil-unrest state of emergency and declaration of martial law by largely unConstitutional, unscrupulous and eccentric POTUS Donald Trump and the wishful new civil war and race war against black Americans that part of Trump's constituency openly calls for, in a nation in which white people remain the 60%-plus majority and dominate the police and armed forces overall by circa 70% to 70%-plus.  There are even flanks of pro-Trump, openly armed white vigilante militiamen standing by and onlooking at some of the BLM rallies, as though they are waiting and ready, given a BLM event riot itself, to militarily support police anti-riot action and start shooting the BLM participants -- not vigilante shooting of the sideshow arsonists, looters, etc. -- and initiating their wishful race war, new US civil war.  These three public speakers are either strategically naive or death-wish (unbeknownst to themselves consciously), terrible strategic thinkers. 

     Black Property Matters, Too!; Everybody's Property Matters!  And so do the black lives matter of those killed in an epidemic of killings by our fellow black people and white and other vigilantes throughout the USA, in addition to the egregious problem of police killings of particularly unarmed black people and black people who do not pose a clear and present armed and confrontational danger to law-enforcement persons or others, an epidemic that gets no or little visible protest and problem-solving attention and action from any social improvement or justice movement, as is the case with particularly the problem of school and workplace gun violence and all other forms of violence thereat in the USA (about which POTUS Trump and the GOP majority of the US Senate put gun manufacturer, seller, buyer and owner rights and interest above the lives of the citizenry, including society's innocent children and adolescents), that have become epidemic until the COVID-19 pandemic mass-sheltering and quarantine.  We need continuous, annually, ethics or morality interpersonal, social conduct and respectfulness education and training, including others' perspective, victim and transgressor, role-play training, at all levels of school, in all public and private institutions and on the job. 

I have in mind only one proven and eminently successful strategy model for the achievement of positive and constructive political-social change, or evolution, for African Americans/Black Americans to recommend for guidance and emulation, which is the civil-rights leadership example and strategically intelligent and peaceful model of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. of the 1960s. Were it not for Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his leadership of high mindedness, sound, moral reasoning and peace and intelligent peaceful strategy and means for civil rights and social-political change, there would be no "semblance" of equal opportunity employment, equal opportunity education, nondiscriminatory voting rights, nondiscriminatory housing and access to public accommodations, which became law in the 1960s, and the bulk of us legally, by legal racial discrimination, would not be allowed to do anything other than the most menial work and would not even be able to work at or buy from or eat at a McDonald's Restaurant. The social benefits of his leadership extended to all other marginalized minorities and people: Hispanics, Native Americans, Asians of all kinds, women, homosexuals, etc. Also, remember that the racist faction or streak in white Americans, of North and South America, annihilated the Native American population by 130,000,000 to between circa 14,000,000+/- to 7,000,000+/- or less by 1691 ("By 1691, the population of indigenous Americans had declined by 90-95 percent, or by around 130-million people. According to geographers from University College London, the colonization of the Americas by Europeans killed so many people it resulted in climate change and global cooling," source is Wikipedia), reduced in the USA during the anti-Indian Wars of the 1800s from between an estimated 5,000,000 and 15,100,000 to 238,000 by the late 1800s (source is History.com) and then largely interned them, the survivors, on Indian reservations; they burned down Chinatowns of the USA, passed the [Anti-]Asian [Immigration] Exclusion Act of 1924, interned virtually the entire Japanese Population of the USA during WWII; forcefully deported between 300,000 and 1,300,000 Mexican-heritage residents of the US under the Eisenhower Presidency in the 1950s, including unknown numbers of these who were Mexican-American US citizens. Black-Americans/African-Americans, we are a modest-sized racial minority in the US and no other racial minority has civically or publicly collectively supported our civil-rights causes and most don't care to be our neighbors (rationally so given our history of rioting and riot-looting, whereas no other minorities riot-loot and burn down their communities and businesses), be our employers or do business with us and prefer association with racist whites over us until the white racists turn on them. That dangerous and monstrous faction or mentality of white people enslaved us and colonized our ancestral homelands and mass murdered each other, and among themselves, in Europe and Turkey during WW-I and WW-II and many times before then. Trump and his 2nd-Amendment gun-nut, pro KKK, NAZI, Civil-War Confederacy and other white-supremacist sado-necromaniacs would have no hesitation to doing away with us given sufficient executive government control by their ilk. White people are still more than 60% of the population and voters in the USA, in which a maximum of 39% of them voted for Barack Obama between his two elections to the US presidency. By the way, peace movements also brought about the independence of India-Pakistan from British colonial rule, brought down the Marcos dictatorship, and its replacement with democracy, in the Philippines, substantially contributed toward ending the neo-colonial US war in Viet Nam, brought down the totalitarian Soviet Union and freed its constituent member nation-states, contributed substantially toward bringing down the slavery and garrison-state white-minority apartheid regime of South Africa, brought about regime change in the virtual dictatorships of Arab North Africa and Asia Minor during the Arab Spring, brought down the dictatorship of Sudan, when whole, and recently the virtual dictatorship of Northern Sudan...

Lack of conscience, or corruption of the latter, and immorality, or the absence of morality, are the true roots of all evil, in thought, speech and action. Immorality in response to immorality breeds more immorality and complicates and compounds immorality. Immorality in large part is the gratuitous or unnecessary infliction or perpetration of harm or condoning it implicitly or explicitly.
